From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

privacy data omitted Was on his first solo flight as a student pilot. He accomplished three touch and goes at the Livermoore airport. After the third successful touch and go privacy data omitted intended to make his fourth and final landing a full-stop. His certified flight instructor (CFI) observed the landing from the ground, and both student pilot and CFI stated the landing was smooth and down the centerline. After touch down the aircraft veered to the right of the runway, off the runway, through the gravel, through a runway sign and finally rested on it's nose. The nose landing gear was pushed back and under the aircraft, permitting the propeller to strike the ground. Thus, the engine mount was bent/torn and the right main landing gear mounting structure was bent and damaged. privacy data omitted Was the sole occupant and uninjured.
