From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

At that airport, privacy data omitted asked an A&P privacy data omitted from oxnard jet center to check the airplane. privacy data omitted Looked over the airplane and he agreed that the damage was minor cosmetic, only on the plastic, with no structural concerns. No repair or logbook entry was made. privacy data omitted Returned home to payson airport (kpan)in payson, Arizona. After discussing with operations ASI, it was determined that no 44709 or eir would be initiated. James ferguson (asi-ops laxfsdo) counselled pilot on situational awareness during taxiing.
