From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

During approach to land at Havasu City Airport on runway 32, privacy data omitted initiated the landing gear down selector switch prior to entering base. privacy data omitted Verified all gear down indicator lights for green illumination during approach. They were all green prior to landing the aircraft. As he was landing onto runway 32 he felt the nose of the aircraft sinking further than normal and encountering a prop strike which immediately caused him to pull back on the controls in maintaining a nose-up attitude as long as he could until losing airspeed causing the aircraft to nose over sliding to a stop. He then got out of the aircraft to access damages which included the engine propeller, engine exhaust, nose wheel gear door and bottom of engine enclosure.
