From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot reported he was practicing touch and go landings at uao, and was distracted by tracking two other aircraft in pattern during approach to rwy 35. He reported he landed with landing gear in retracted position on dry runway with light winds from north. He did not attempt to lower the landing gear. Pilot reported hearing loud warning horn after landing and not knowing what the sound was at the time. Position lights for gear operation observed to be working satisfactory and gear was extended to down and locked on runway during recovery. No airworthiness factors considered to be involved.

Minor damage to fuselage, flaps, entry step, and antennas found, and propeller was severely damaged from impact on runway.
