From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The aircraft touchdown down after a stabilized approach with 10 degrees of flaps at 85 mph. During rollout, the aircraft veered slightly to the right and the pilot compensated with left rudder imput. The pilot stated the aircraft then turned left suddenly due to a wind gust and a full power go-around was initiated. The pilot stated that his power application was late and the aircraft ground looped. The pilot-in-command was seated in the right seat and privacy data omitted was seated in the left seat of the two place aircraft. The right seat position is not equipped with brakes. During the ground loop, the right wing and main landing gear leg were damaged.
