From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

While taxing southbound on west taxiway for takeoff on runway 36 for a local VFR flight, pilot observed a red sports car traveling at a high rate of speed approaching the taxiway from the hangar area taxiway to his right. The pilot stated that the driver of the vehicle appeared to be unaware of the aircraft and was about to enter the taxiway directly in front of the aircraft. To avoid imminent collision with the vehicle, the pilot applied maximum brake pressure to stop the aircraft. The sudden stop caused the tail wheel aircraft to pitch forward striking the propeller on the asphalt taxiway. It was at this time the pilot stated that the driver became aware of the presence of his aircraft and stopped the vehicle. The aircraft settled back on to the tail wheel. The pilot shut down the engine and exited the aircraft. The driver proceeded to leave the scene of the incident without identifying herself. There were no injuries.

As the FAA filed it
