From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft landed rwy 28 at hzl, departed left edge and came to rest approximately 2000 feet from approach end, 50 feet from runway edge, on a heading of 230; with both main gears collapsed and nose extended a point where aircraft came to rest.

Left tire skid mark measures approximately 100 feet, followed by a gap, followed by marks from a flat tire measuring approximately 750 feet to point of departure from runway. Approximately 30 evenly spaced prop scars are visible adjacent to the left wheel ground scar approximately 300 feet after runway departure.

Examination of aircraft after recovery to hanger showed left tire flat with a 1 inch hole worn through surrounded by skid flat spot. Left propeller tips curled approximately 160 degrees with pitch change mechanism failure. Right prop all blades bent mid span and one curled. Both gear doors crushed into wells from center, no edge grinding. Empennage damage from wing trailing edge to tail includes large gashes and punctures, left side buckled, and several buckled structural members. Left wing forward spar buckled just inboard of wing extension splice, skin punctured.. Both main gear pushrods are bent at the transmission. Left aileron and both flaps are damaged.

Aileron, rudder, and elevator controls are continuous and correct. No defects noted with brake system. Landing gear transmission is in the down locked position.
