From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilots departed efd and were practicing takeoffs and landings at gulf coast regional airport (lbx) following commercial maneuver practice en route to lbx. The pilots were on their sixth circuit in the traffic pattern at lbx all of the prior takeoff and landings had been to a full stop without incident. On the last circuit, the flying pilot lowered the gear, stated three green lights out, no red, and instructor pilot verified using the same verbiage. This verification was done on base and on final. There was never a horn during this time. The aircraft touched down normally, but the nose gear collapsed as the flying pilot released back pressure. The instructor pilot pulled the fuel lever to off, turned the magnetos and master off and both pilots evacuated the aircraft.
