From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot stated that he made a normal approach to the runway, the landing gear was selected down, confirmed by single green light near the landing gears position lever as well as the nose gear visual ?down? Indicator. As the pilot touched down, he felt the aircraft settle to the left. He then applied full power and stayed in the airport traffic pattern. The pilot rechecked the green gear down indicator light as well as the nose gear position indicator. On this approach, he used minimum airspeed and no flaps. As he touched down, he felt the left wing slowly go down as he attempted to keep the aircraft on the center line of the runway. The aircraft came to rest on the right main gear and nose landing gear, with minimal damage to the left wing tip.
