From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot stated that he had just landed on the ice runway and was taxiing on a parallel taxiway. He then came to a stop to allow another aircraft by. When he attempted to proceed his left wheel apparently caught a rut, snow mound or some anomally in the ice and caused the aircraft to veer left causing the left wing to impact the snow bank. He also stated that the damage was minimal.

An operations inspector will contact the pilot to conduct counseling on ice runaway operations taxi precautions
