From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The C-150, N6211K, piloted by private pilot, privacy data omitted, was taxiing north on "a" to the runup area, prior to departure. The DA20, N309EF, piloted by student pilot, privacy data omitted, was taxiing east out of "A1", also to the runup area. The two aircraft collided just prior to entering the southern edge of the runup area, where "a" and "A1" come together.

The propeller of the DA20 was severely damaged. The C-150 sustained sheet metal damage and wing spar damage to the left wing. There were no injuries and weather was not a factor.
