From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

- Multiple t&gs in traffic pattern @ pjrf

- On approx 9th t&g aircraft landed gear-up

- Both flight instructor and pilot stated they checked both the gear light and position indicator on floor that signified the gear was down & locked

- Jack & cycle gear revealed no issues with the landing gear - it functioned normally

- Note - on last approach to rwy 4L crew asked for easterly departure via ATC (honolulu control facility) for a recovery back to phnl. Their synergy and checklist management might have interupted which could have caused an oversight to fail to lower the landing gear.
