From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

After flying for approximately 30 minutes conducting basic maneuvers the pilot returned to suw to perform touch and go landings. Upon departure from runway 32 at suw on the 2nd touch and go, the aircraft banked to the left immediately after liftoff. PIC stated he was unable to move the control stick to the right to correct the left bank. Full right rudder was applied with the PIC asking the passenger if the stick was clear. The passenger confirmed the stick was clear. After clearing the end of the runway and reaching approximately 100 ft. the PIC decided to "cut power" and land on the airport off runway. The aircraft struck the left wing first and the right gear collapsed.
