From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot stated she was taxiing down the taxiway between the parking spots and a line of trees along the yellow taxi line at a walking pace as normal as an instructor. The pilot stated she go over a small bump and the plane swerved to the right. The plane continued to roll forward during the swerve, and the pilot added power. During the swerve and subsequent forward motion the wing came in line with the trees and the wing impacted the tree.

The pilot futher stated after exiting the plane, she saw a fist-sized rock in the taxiway and a small, fresh hole in the asphalt right in the area where I first felt the wheel go over something. She think this may have been what the wheel hit when it first swerved.
