On or about July 24, 2015, time unknown, a Piper PA-28-151, N32401 impacted terrain near Truth or consequences, new Mexico, while on a personal flight. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time and a flight plan was not filed. The aircraft was destroyed and the student pilot and non-pilot passenger were fatally injured. The flight originated at the Truth or consequences, municipal airport (ktcs), Truth or consequences, new Mexico at an undetermined time.
