From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

I was flying the last load of the day and decided to do a low pass across our swoop pond. They have multiple buoys in the pond and my right wing got too low and impacted a buoy on the right leading edge. I barely felt anything in the plane so I entered the pattern and landed on runway 22 with no anomalies. Upon the post flight inspection I noticed the damage to the right wing. Let me know if you need any other pictures or statements. Thanks again.
