From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On 11/27/2015 aircrafted landed gear up at clw. Lack of witness marks on the runway or aircraft indicating a gear collapse indicates that the pilot landed gear up. Upon arrival at aircraft witnesses took pictures, one of which showed the gear handle in the down position. Another picture showed the "gear act" circuit breaker popped. Witnesses on the ground indicated in statements that the landing gear was not extended as pilot stated.

Subsequent gear swing showed no defects in the landing gear system.
