From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On December 15, 2015 at approximately 13:00 local time, the pilot of N3814Y, a Cessna 210D, S/N21058314 was on a return flight from lincoln, CA (klhm) airport with a final destination of paso robles, CA (kprb) airport. In a statement from the pilot and on the final approach into kprb, the landing gear was selected in the down position but the gear did not come down. The pilot tried several attempts to lower the landing gear but was not successful. The pilot decided to change airports to San Luis Obispo (ksbp) where they had more safety equipment. They attempted the emergency gear procedures in the POH but were not successful. The aircraft landed at sbp with the gear retracted, damage to propeller and belly of the aircraft.
