From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Part 141 solo student in flight safety academy airline training program on first solo flight landed and then attempted to make the first taxi-way. Student used excessive braking, then over controlled, swerved and eventually departed the runway. No injury to the student, damage to aircraft, or reportable damage to airport property occurred.

Prior to further solo flight or continuing in the airline training program the student was retrained/reevaluated on several dual flights, then given a evaluation flight with a senior instructor pilot which he passed. The student has now continued in the airline training program with no further incident.
