From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

According to the pilot in command (PIC),privacy data omitted of N5925Q:

On Sunday, 2/7/16, he filed an sfra flight plan departing gai, preheated the aircraft, conducted a thorough runup and proceeded to takeoff on rwy 32. He decided to do a simulated takeoff run because he had not flown in several weeks.

He began his takeoff roll by adding power for two to three seconds but never attained rotation speed. He aborted the takeoff roll by pulling the power back, applying brakes and allowing the aircraft to settle down. The aircraft suddenly torqued towards the left edge of the rwy.

By the time he wrestled the a/c straight his left wing had impacted the snowbank. This impact turned the a/c to the left and tilted the right wing down onto the runway surface. The aircraft ended nested in a snow bank on the left edge of rw 32 with the right wing extending out onto the runway.

As the FAA filed it

ACCORDING TO THE PILOT IN COMMAND (PIC),^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ OF N5925Q:
