From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot was landing at his home airport in Sunnyside, WA (1S5) after a short cross country flight. He stated that because of the increasingly gusty winds, he flew his approach with 20 degrees of flaps and carried more speed on final to rwy 07. After touching down on the mains, he was keeping the nose up when an apparent gust hit and he became airborne again. The pilot stated that he retracted the flaps and added power. The airplane then lost lift and landed on the nosewheel--blowing out the nosewheel tire and striking the propellor.
