From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On January 27, 2017, at approximately 22:40 zulu a Beechcraft model BE-200T, registration N60RA (aircraft has multiple airworthiness) operating standard-normal, landed at Palm Beach international airport, on runway 28R and went off the runway with gears collapsed. The pilot in command (PIC) stated he had flaps down and landing gear down on slightly higher glide path approach due to larger aircraft landing ahead. PIC stated normal landing and a few seconds later started to sink and started turning to the right side of the runway. After coming to a complete stop PIC noticed landing gear handle was up and PIC put gear handle down. Aircraft sustained ground damage to both engines, and propeller blades. Fuel pumps on both engines were cracked from impact. Punctured pressure vessel by copilot side near rudder pedals created by propeller blade tip damaging a rib/longeron. Nose landing gear damaged and up-lock actuator sheared holding brackets and went through top of aircraft nose, both main landing gears down-lock mechanisms were sheared

As the FAA filed it
