From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Provided by crew in ups event report 60194, submitted 2/13/2017 at 00:03Z:

"In cruise we had several electrical issues. Two hours into flight we got fcc 2 fail. This is a repeat write up from inbound flight. We also had DC tie 1 and 3 open also ac tie 1,2,3 open as well, then they started cycling on and off. At various points in flight all six du's 2 or 3 at a time went blank momentarily sometimes displaying red x's. avncs ovrd fan alert also occurred at same time. We also lost navigation with these issues when plane would not stay in nav. Mode. Approach land would not engage raw data ILS was flown. Without a doubt we believe we would experience total electrical failure in the near future as things continued to occur."
