From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On 06/26/2017 pilot landed aircraft on runway 18 at the Leeward Air Ranch Airport (FD04) Ocala/bellview FL. The pilot turned right onto a paved taxiway/street, headed west then turned right again onto a north bound taxiway. The pilot claims that he encountered an automobile type speed bump at a hilltop and while taxiing slowly, trying to prevent a propeller strike, got somewhat distracted. While getting the nose gear onto the speed bump and his right wing impacted a street sign. The impact caused damage to the right wing leading edge. A witness to the incident up righted the sign and helped the pilot push the aircraft back FAR enough to go around the sign where the pilot was able to take another taxiway to his destination. The pilot claims that he has landed at this airport approximately 10 times and that this was the first sign that he has seen that was more than 10 inches high.
