From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot was flying from kpsm to kash for a VFR flight. On landing at approximately 9:03AM EST pilot lost directional control of the aircraft, the plane went into a ground loop and at that point the gear on the left side failed. The damage was to the landing gear, wing, propeller and bottom of fuselage.

Subsequent inspection performed by airframe and powerplant mechanic/ia revealed substantial damage to left wing spar requiring the wing to be removed and sent out for major repair.
