From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot put the landing gear lever in the down position. The pilot noticed that the light did not illuminate indicating the gear was down and locked. The pilot's window, the main landing gear was seen just flopping. An attempt was made to use the emergency gear lever to get the landing gear in the down and locked position. The pilot was unable to get sufficient hydraulic pressure to operate the landing gear. The pilot noticed that the sight glass located by the landing gear lever was not showing hydraulic fluid. The pilot landed the aircraft and the landing gear collapsed. No major or structural damage was noted. No injuries.
