From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot elected to atempt an off airport landing on a gravel berm road between two cranberry bogs. Just prior to touchdown he noticed he would not clear an existing rise at the beginning of the berm road. He added power but struck the rise. The left main landing wheel impacted the ground and separated from the aircraft. The two nose wheel struts also failed on impact resulting in the loss of the nose wheel. The subsequent crash caused wing spar and airframe damage. Witness reported "it landed roughly and flipped forward.
