From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On Sunday 1/28/18 the aircraft departed jamestown north dakota (jms) enroute to Fargo, ND when the pilot noted the in-transit light was on. The pilot stated he could feel the gear was at least partially down and tried cycling the gear again with no movement noted. The pilot noticed the cb on the co pilots panel was not popped and tried pumping the gear down with the emergency extension handle which would not move. The tower was notified and the landing was attempted for runway 27 in Fargo. Upon touch down all three gear held at first with the left main collapsing shortly after touch down followed by the right and then the nose gear. The aircraft was removed from the runway and inspected by the Fargo jet center along with the FAA. During inspection it was noted that the 50A circuit breaker on the back of the pedestal was popped and after the aircraft was placed on jack stands the motor was run and the emergency handle was free. The main gear jackshafts were disconnected near the fuselage and appeared to work normally with main gear actuators. The nose gear was extensively damaged and no further issues were noted.
