From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

03/15/2018 - N6276Q landed on runway 18L at hsv at 1247 local time.

Both pilots stated the landing gear was checked three seperate times prior to landing and the lights indicated the gear was down and locked.

The aircraft touched down at approximately 15OO ft. on roll out, at 2200 ft, the left main landing gear collapsed. Both the left wing and the propeller on the left engine made contact with the runway.

N6276Q veared off the runway and came to rest in the grass just prior to taxiway C-3.

Upon investigation, it was discovered a bolt had sheared which had attached the left main landing gear bellcrank to the top of the left main landing gear. Thus causing the upper and lower sidelink assemblies to collapse.
