From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot reported after takeoff he went to put the gear up and immediately had an entire electrical failure. He use cell phone to call the spg tower to tell them what it happened and requested to fly by the tower to affirm his gear was down after performing emergency gear extension procedure. Tower advised gear appeared to be down.

Pilot lined up for a final and had no hydraulic power to extend the flaps and as he made the landing the left main gear collapsed right main gear remained upright. Came to a stop and exited aircraft.

There were 2 souls on board and no injuries.

Upon inspection it was found that the power wire to the master switch had slipped off the spade terminal and was not making a solid contact. It appears the wire made enough contact to start the engine but upon takeoff and the gear selector put in the up position the wire quit making contact.
