From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Executed soft field take-off technic using the left half of the runway. During take off run soon after the mains left the ground, the left wing dropped 5-10 degrees. Pilot leveled the wings and the aircraft touched down heading off the left side of the runway into cotton field. Pilot was unable to bring the aircraft back on to the runway and aborted the takeoff. The aircraft continued into the field, and at some point, the gear collapsed. The aircraft continued to belly slide and spinning 180° coming to rest sliding tail first.
