From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

N757T departed ism airport Kissimmee FL on June 09 2018 at approximately 0705EST. After 20 minutes of flight pilot experienced severe vibrations. Pilot reduced power from 2300 RPM to 2100 RPM and vibrations got worse. Pilot applied more power back to 2300 RPM and proceeded to declare an emergency with ism tower. He was cleared to land on runway 6 and as he approached and was sure he has the airport runway within range he shut down the engine to avoid any structual damages from the vibrations and performed a dead stick landing without incident. Pilot then rolled out and turned off runway to the east towards t hangers. After stopping near the area where he had taxied earlier, prior to takeoff, he noticed large pieces of glass from a broken runway light that were laying on the taxiway. The pilot surmised that the glass probably dmaged the propeller during taxi and runup causing the impact damage and failure to the section of the prop.
