From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot stated he put 40 gallons of fuel on board the aircraft and departed brooksville, FL (bkv) to williston, Florida (X60). Stated the left engine sputtered and he stared decent and the left engine shut down. Pilot stated he turned to crystal river, Florida (cgc) and the right engine started losing power and no response from the throttle. Pilot elected to perform an emergency landing in a field where the right wing of the aircraft struck a tree causing sustantial damage. Upon examination from the company that examined the aircraft for its repairability it was discovered the nacelle fuel tanks were empty. The fuel transfer pumps were turned on and fuel started to fill the nacelle tanks from the wing tanks.
