From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

September 1, 2018: while taxiing towards the runway, the pilot in command (PIC) positioned the pressurization source selector from gnd to both, which is the normal position for takeoff. When the swithc was positioned to both, there was a noticeable audible increase in airflow coming into the cabin, which made the PIC think that the emergency pressurization from the RH engine came on. He then told the tower that he was exiting the runway. At about 40 yards to clear the runway the aircraft began to fill with smoke. The PIC positioned the switch to off and made a call to the tower indicating that they were in need of the fire department.
