What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
After getting airborne the tower informed the pilot that he had lost his right main wheel. The pilot declared an emergency and informed the tower of his intention to land gear up. After fire crews were in place the pilot landed the aircraft gear up on the centerline of the runway and exited aircraft.
Damage was limited to the left and right flaps, nose gear door, two antennas and some damaged panels and skin along the centerline of the lower fuselage. It appears the right main gear wheel nut came off which caused the wheel to come off on takeoff. There was no visable damage to the wheel nut threads
