What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
10/30/2018: At 0900 local, pitts aircraft N540SS was taxing from runway 22 to corporate hangar #125 via c and e taxiways. EC-130 helicopter N811HW was parked on ramp. When pitts attempted to pass by the tail area of the EC130, pitts pilot noticed he was going to hit the helicopters tail, fenestron. The pitts pilot applied heavy brakes which cause the pitts to rotate forward along landing gear axis striking the fenestron on EC130 helicopter with the pitts right upper wing, along the leading edge. No damage to EC-130. No damage to wing of pitts, but minor damage to pitts composite propeller, due to ground strike and left main wheel pants (fairing). No other damage.
