From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot landed runway 13 in VMC and zero wind. Main gear touched down and after nose wheel made ground contact the aircraft went into an uncontrolled left skid. Visible runway skid marks from right main gear and nose gear. No visible left main gear skid marks. Aircraft departed left side of runway approximately 2000 feet from approach end of 13 and skidded at a slant angle up a small berm and then fishtailed so that nose ended up pointing at runway. All four propeller blades damaged, nose gear pushed back into fuselage, and left wing near root has crinkling. No injuries. Suspect mechanical issue with nose gear not correctly deploying so as to align with runway.
