From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The aircraft was conducting an aerial agricultural operation when the aircraft struck a small residential powerline while maneuvering for spray runs at the end of the property making a 180 degree turn. The aircraft impacted the line with the propeller blade and the line was severed. The aircraft aborted aerial application operations and returned to base and landed safely. Inspection of the aircraft revealed a small nickel sized portion of the blade's leading edge missing and roughly one foot of abrasion damage and a small dent to the leading edge of the right wing.
