From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

During the first takeoff in type, the pilot stated that he was on centerline at about 75 mph when he saw something in front of him. (A rabbit or something similar) the pilot tried to move the plane over to the right to avoid hitting it; however, in doing so he began drifting to the right side of the runway. In order to avoid departing the runway edge, the pilot pulled the power back to idle and applied left rudder. The pilot stated despite aft stick the nose kept going down and the propeller impacted the runway.
