From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot was making a normal landing to runway 23, after executing a go-around due to another aircraft not exiting the runway in time. Pilot noticed that he was drifting too close to the taxi lights on the right side of the runway at the intersection of alpha-taxiway, and he hit the brakes a bit too hard. The plane nosed over when he hit the brakes. Pilot estimates he was only going about 20 mph when it started to tip over. He attempted to pull back on the stick to use the elevator to keep it from going over but it was like a see-saw and kept on going.
