From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

N602PK departed Newport Municipal Airport (M19) at approximately 0900 on 30 March, 2020 to dispense grass herbicide approximately 2 miles north of the airport. At approximately 0930, after making several passes over the field dispensing the herbicide, the pilot impacted a set of power lines. The impact severed the power lines after causing damage to the propeller, left wing leading edge and wingtip, and dispensing spray rig. The pilot immediately dumped remaining payload and navigated back to M19 without incident.
