From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Student pilot was on his third solo flight doing a cross country. Pilot departed from Millard, NE (mle) airport flew to columbus, NE (olu) and back to mle. While landing at mle on rwy 12, winds at 180 at 6 knots with variable gusts, pilot landed flat on all three gear. Aircraft bounced and came back down on the right main and nose wheel, aircraft veered to the left and pilot attempted to make corrections. Aircraft went off the runway, through a 8-10 foot drop off/valley where the left wing impacted the ground causing damage and nose wheel collapsed. Aircraft came to rest shortly after that.
