From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot departed Bowie municipal (0F2) and landed at private residence of privacy data omitted roughly 5 NM south. Landed with out issue and shutdown to talk for a few minutes. Pilot never exited the aircraft. Started back up and taxied back out for departure. Pilot completed a run-up with no abnormalities noted. Started take-off roll when tail came up pilot allowed acceleration to 40 mph then pulled in flaps to get lift-off to occur. Stayed in ground affect till 50MPH then started climb out. At approximately 100-150 ft AGL the pilot retracted flaps and experienced a strong right roll. Pilot reacted by applying left aileron but no change occurred. The passenger, privacy data omitted, who is also a pilot asked if privacy data omitted had the aircraft. The pilot informed the passenger it was an uncommanded right roll and the pilot lowered the nose to prevent stall this caused the right rolling to reduce slightly but then returned. Just prior to impact the pilot pulled out the power.
