From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On April 24, 2020, at approximately 1520 eastern standard time, an astra sp, YV3427, registered to privacy data omittedvenezuelan company, on a 14 CFR 91 flight, was enroute from kfxe (Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport, Fort Lauderdale, FL) to svmi (simon bolivar international airport, maiquetia, venezuela).

During takeoff roll, the aircraft failed to get airborne and ended up 1200 feet past the end of runway 27. Nose landing gear sheared off and the right main landing gear collapsed puncturing a fuel line. The venezuelan ATP rated pilot, commercially rated copilot and one passenger were uninjured. The aircraft suffered substantial damage to the fuselage, RH wing, main landing gear and the nose landing gear.

It was determined that the pilot nor copilot weighed any of the baggage that was placed in the aircraft, used the incorrect basic empty weight, resulting in an inaccurate calculation of performance weight for the flight.

As the FAA filed it

ON APRIL 24, 2020, AT APPROXIMATELY 1520 EASTERN STANDARD TIME, AN ASTRA SP, YV3427, REGISTERED TO ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^VENEZUELAN COMPANY, ON A 14 CFR 91 FLIGHT, WAS ENROUTE FROM KFXE (FORT LAUDERDALE EXECUTIVE AIRPORT, FORT LAUDERDALE, FL) TO SVMI (SIMON BOLIVAR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, MAIQUETIA, VENEZUELA).
