From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

May 5, 2020 about 5:15 pm local, after an hour of flying in the cushing area, the pilot decided to fly to Stillwater for a few touch and go's. the first went as planned and was uneventful. The pilot was cleared by tower for the option and proceeded in the pattern for one more touch and gos before returning to cushing. After establishing pattern altitude in the down wind. The pilot stated that he went through the landing checklist and tower advised traffic 2 o'clock as a helicopter crossing to the northwest, and other inbound traffic on right base that he was to follow. The pilot replied traffic in sight for each and tower issued clearance to land following the T-1 jet, and issued a wake turbulence warning. Pilot replied that I was cleared to land and established a stabilized approach following the traffic. The approach to landing was made with expectations to touch and go, however the flight ended with a landing with gear up or collapse. The pilot and passengers exited the plane without any problems. No injuries to the 3 souls on board, the pilot his son and sons friend. Airport personnel responded note: the landing gear switch was verified for the inspector upon arrival to the by the airfield manager. Landing gear switch was down and the landing gear solenoid breaker was popped although the landing gear was partially hanging open but did not show any contact with the ground. Inspector was present when the aircraft was lifted and the gear was extended. Breaker was reset by mechanic and landing gear extended as designed.
