From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On may 6, 2020 a pilot was performing touch-n-goes in his aircraft, N4HH. The pilot completed his first touch-n-go without incident.

On his second attempt to land he failed to extend his landing gear and touched down with the landing gear retracted. The aircraft slid down the runway several hundred feet before stopping on the runway.

Upon inspection of the aircraft the next day, investigators viewed through the window of N4HH that the land gear was in the "up", retracted, position.

Damage was viewed on all three propeller blades, the left side flap and the areas of the under carriage.
