From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The airman stated he extended the flaps and landing gear for a landing on runway 23 at lwm and that he saw a green gear down indicator light. The aircraft landed on runway 23 with the landing gear fully retracted and the aircraft slid on its belly for approximately 400 feet coming to rest approximately 1,500 feet from the runway 23 threshold. After the incident, the gear handle was found in the down position and the gear pump circuit breaker was popped. Maintenance personnel at the airport were able to manually pump the landing gear to the down and locked position using the emergency gear extension hand pump in the aircraft. Aircraft power was applied and the green gear down indicator light illuminated.
