The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
On August 5, 2020 at approximately 17:00 CDT, aircraft N6632C, a Beech F33A, landed gear up at Hicks Airfield (T67) Fort Worth, TX. Aircraft propeller tips begin to impact the runway surface near the center of runway 14 approximately 1000 feet from the threshold. The aircraft landed on its belly and slid for approximately 600 feet as evidenced by scoring of the runway. Aircraft came to rest on the east edge of the runway approximately 1,830 feet from the threshold. One runway light was damaged on the east edge of runway 14 near where the aircraft came to rest. Aircraft sustained minor damage. All three blades of the propeller had the blade tips curled aft. The right and left flaps were damaged with buckling of the left flap surface and scraping on the underside of both flaps. The aft portion of the nose gear door was scraped as well as the belly of the airframe, this includes damage to the belly light beacon and two antennas. The left wing had a dent on the inboard leading edge, most likely from impacting the runway edge light as evidenced by the aircraft position and damaged runway light. The landing gear down lever was in the down position. However, the pilot stated he had place the lever in the down position after landing and coming to a stop. Engine and propeller controls were all full forward. Aircraft appeared to have approximately 5/8 of a tank of fuel in the left and right fuel tanks as indicated by the fuel quantity gauges. Pilot reported there were no known mechanical or electrical issues with the aircraft prior to landing. Pilot reported gear lever was not placed into the down position during the approach to runway 14.
