From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot took off from rnm to fly to F70, L18, and back to rnm. Landings at F70 and L18 were fine. When he flared out on his last landing at rnm he indicated that everything looked and felt normal. When he touched down he felt a bump and the aircraft porpoised. By the time he added power he believes he had struck the prop 3 times. Aircraft came to a stop and he could not steer it off the runway.
