What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
N68RW was taxiing into its parking spot when the propeller made contact with a fire bottle. The aircraft then looped around in a wide arc to the right and made contact with the opposite side N2983 which was parked in the next spot. Minor damage to both aircraft. One propeller blade departed the aircraft when it made contact with the engine of N2983. Because the pilot and passenger were still in N2983 after flight, another record was created per the instructions on this site and in 49 CFR 830. See AWP1320012 for documentation for N2983.
